Pilates is accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness levels or abilities. With over 600 variations of exercises, Pilates can be mentally soothing, stimulating, and enjoyable.

Regardless of the size of the movement, you’ll witness the remarkable improvements and incredible benefits of realigning and elongating your posture, strengthening your core and muscles, manipulating and enhancing your mobility. We might think this is a recent invention, but healing the body through sound has been practiced across cultures for thousands of years. Although there’s no water, the idea is that your meditative state of mind and feelings engage your body to bathe in the sound waves of healing instruments like gongs, singing bowls, rattles, chimes, and even the human voice.

Usually, this is done lying on your back and then transitioning to a seated position. It’s an incredibly relaxing experience, and it’s recommended to drink plenty of water afterward. You might also experience a few emotions after this practice.

Your retreat package will comprise 2–3 activities for you to enjoy. Activities selected will be chosen subject to the location of each retreat.
