“A huge thank you to Emma & Adile! The more I think about the programme, the more I realise how much effort you had put in to making such a lovely balance of relaxation, fitness and fun!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and looked after. The first lunch was such a lovely icebreaker and the meals all week not only fab food, were such an important part of getting to know each other and sharing stories. We talked about how with strangers you revisit your life’s adventures in a new way, making it an opportunity to reflect on achievements and acknowledge the value of good and challenging times in a safe space. I have never felt so uplifted and this was shared with strangers who I hope to keep as friends for life! How blessed we were!
