What is the language spoken in Northern Cyprus?
The official language spoken is Turkish; however English is widely spoken.

Do I need any Visas?
For British passport holders, no visas are required for your visit to Northern or Southern Cyprus.
Which is the destination airport?
If you’re flying to the north of the island, Ercan Airport in Lefkosa (Nicosia) is your destination. You can catch flights from all major London airports to Ercan via Turkey—usually connecting through Sabiha Gokcen (Istanbul), Izmir, or Antalya Airports. Since there are currently no direct flights, you’ll need to stop over in Turkey for about one and a half to two hours on average, though some flights have longer layovers, so please check your itinerary before booking.
Alternatively, you can fly nonstop from major London airports to Larnaca Airport, located in the south of the island. Because the North and South are governed separately, you’ll go through a straightforward passport check at the border, with your transfer driver available to help if needed.
How long is the flight?
Flights from major London airports to Turkey (Sabiha Gokcen, Izmir, or Antalya) are three and a half to four hours, then approximately one hour from Turkey to Northern Cyprus.
Flights from any major London airport to Larnaca are approximately four hours long.
Which airlines fly to Cyprus?
The main airlines from London to Northern Cyprus via Turkey are Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines and Ajet.
Main airlines from London to Larnaca are British Airways, Wizz Air, and EasyJet. Please also research other airlines for your own preference.
Can I attend alone, or must I come with a friend, partner, or group?
You are welcome to attend alone; rooms are based on two people sharing a twin room or double room. Single occupancy is available at an additional charge; please contact us for more information.
How far are the airports to the hotel?
Ercan Airport to The Almond Boutique Hotel is approximately one hours drive.
Larnaca Airport to The Almond Boutique Hotel is approximately one and a half hour-to- two hours drive.
What is the currency used in Northern Cyprus?
Turkish Lira is the currency; major debit/credit cards and ApplePay, Revolut, Monzo are widely accepted.
What is the time difference?
Northern and Southern Cyprus are two hours ahead of the UK.
Please be aware of the time difference if you fly via Turkey. Follow the screen times at the airport.
Time differences in Turkey when the clocks change are:
1. Two hours towards the end of March – towards the end of October
2. Three hours between November and March
Is a Mind ‘N” Soul Retreat a boot camp?
We are not a boot camp by any means. Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level. Our goal is to provide a getaway that promotes both wellness and an active, healthy lifestyle. Be aware we are also there to have fun! No one is there to judge; we are all there on our own journey. The main thing is we reach the end of our journey happier, self-motivated, and with a whole new goal set in our lives.
We recommend participating in each activity at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Avoid exceeding your physical limits or pressuring yourself to do more than you can manage.
Is food and beverages included with my package?
Your package includes breakfast Lunch and DInner. All soft, hot, and cold drinks served at breakfast. Lunch and Evening meals are served with soft drinks,
Water will be available throughout the day and evenings for your water bottle refill.
Any food and beverages consumed outside the scheduled meal times will be at an additional cost charged to your room by the hotel.
